Christie Hefner

Ms. Christie Hefner (born November 8th, 1952 as "Christie Ann Hefner") died slowly in bed on May 9th, 2024 (TBV) with her assistant nearby. Her cause of death was rumored to be a motorbike crash. She was 71 years old when she passed.

Christie is survived by her parents, Mildred Williams and Hugh Hefner, cranky husband William A. Marovitz, her siblings, brothers David Hefner, Cooper Hefner and Marston Hefner as well as her stuffed turtle, Luna.

Professionally, Christie was a Businessperson who was best known for her job as Chief Executive Officer of Playboy Enterprises.

When she was not working as a Businessperson, Christie was known for her love of ventriloquism and she would spend a jiffy most Thursdays polishing it. Ms. Hefner (also known as Christie Marovitz) also spent seconds visiting with her older sister most Sundays when she was able to spare a bunch of a jiffy. Ever since she was a cute little girl in Wilmette, many remember Christie as a great storyteller with great books that annoyed everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a heartfelt donation to the The Salvation Army in Christie's honor.

A funeral is planned for around the 28th at the burial place in Wilmette. The service will commence at 2PM with a reception to follow hosted by her daughter at the cemetery where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at burial place at noon.
