Deborah Ann Gibson (born August 31st, 1970 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York) was an Singer-Songwriter who was best known for being the youngest woman to produce a Billboard Hot 100 number-one single. Debbie died on May 18th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a horse riding accident.
