Ethan Phillips (born February 8th, 1955 in Garden City, New York) was a TV Actor who was best known for his role as Neelix on the American TV series "Star Trek: Voyager". Ethan died on May 17th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a big tuna fishing accident.
