Najwa Nimri

Ms. Najwa Nimri (born February 14th, 1972 as "Najwa Nimri Urrutikoetxea") died peacefully in bed on May 15th, 2024 (TBV) with her son nearby. Her cause of death was likely diabetes. She was 52 years old when she passed.

Najwa is survived by her parents, Rosie Nimri and Karam Nimri, beloved husband Daniel Calparsoro, her only child, son Teo Nabil, her siblings, brothers Karim Nimri, Andre Nimri, half-sisters Sara Nimri and Nadia Nimri as well as her pet dog, Sophie.

Professionally, Najwa was a TV Actress who was best known for her Spanish singing and her dedication to her film career.

When she was not working as a TV Actress, Najwa was known for her love of book clubs and she would spend a jiffy most Tuesdays at it. Ms. Nimri (the deceased) also spent ages visiting with her older sister most Thursdays when she was able to spare a bunch of a jiffy. Ever since she was a girl in Pamplona, many remember Najwa as a great storyteller with great books that saddened everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a cash donation to the Heart Foundation in Najwa's honor.

A wake is scheduled for Monday the 22nd at the funeral home in Pamplona. The service will commence at 2PM with a reception to follow hosted by her older sister at the graveside where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at funeral home at 9AM.
