Richard Blackwell (born August 29, 1922 in Brooklyn, New York) was a writer, fashion designer, and TV actor (child actor) who was best known for being the creator of the "Ten Worst Dressed Women List", which is an annual awards presentation that he unveiled each new year. Richard died on October 19, 2008 and his death was because of complications from an intestinal infection. He died at age 86.
