Sally Phillips (born May 10th, 1970 in Hong Kong, Hong Kong) was a TV Actress who was best known for being cast as Colette, in the British movie "Set the Thames on Fire". Sally died on May 11th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a tragic illness.
