Victoria Rowell (born May 10th, 1959 in Portland, Maine) was a TV Actress who was best known for her role as Drucilla Winters in the soap opera "The Young and the Restless". Victoria died on May 11th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a fall from a bridge.
