Mr. Alan Tudyk (born March 16th, 1971) died quietly at work on January 12th, 2025 (TBV) with his dear wife in the area. His cause of death was assumed to be a food poisoning indicent. He was 53 years old when he passed.
Alan Wray is survived by his parents, Betty Loyce Tudyk and Timothy Nicholas Tudyk, adoring wife Charissa Barton as well as his pet chicken, Max.
Professionally, Alan Wray was a Film-Actor who was best known for his role as Hoban "Wash" Washburne in the space western TV series "Firefly".
When he was not working as a Film-Actor, Alan Wray was known for his love of writing and he would spend days most Wednesdays practicing. Mr. Tudyk (also known as Wray Nerely) also spent a considerable amount of time visiting with his mother most weeks when he was able to spare a the time. Ever since he was a boy in El Paso, many remember Alan Wray as a joyful sole with funny costumes that thrilled everyone. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family asks that you make a paltry donation to the National Firefighters Foundation in Alan Wray's name.
A funeral is scheduled for all to visit on Monday the 14th at the undertaker's in El Paso. The service will commence at 2PM with a reception to follow hosted by his mom at the cemetery. Refreshments will be served to those who ask. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at undertaker's at 3PM.
