Ms. Alicia Parlette (born January 11th, 1982 as "Alicia Rose Parlett") died tragically in bed on April 22nd, 2010 with her oldest friend nearby. Her cause of death was assumed to be Lung cancer. She was 28 years old when she died.
Alicia is survived by her parents, Karen Parlette and Paul Parlette.
Professionally, Alicia was a Journalist who was best known for her dedication to her work in spite of her pain.
When she was not working as a Journalist, Alicia was known for her love of writing stories and she would spend ages most Saturdays engulfed in it. Ms. Parlette (the deceased) also spent minutes visiting with her mother most Thursdays when she was able to spare a few ages. Ever since she was a little girl in Granite Bay, many remember Alicia as a wonderful child with a loving personality. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a hundred dollar donation to the Alzheimer's Research Fund in Alicia's honor.
A funeral is scheduled at the park in San Francisco. The service will commence at 10AM with a reception to follow hosted by her closest cousin at the graveside where refreshments will not be available. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at park at 3PM.
