Ann Richards

Dorothy Ann Richards (born September 1, 1933 in Lakeview, Texas) was a politician who was best known for serving as the 45th governor of Texas from 1991 to 1995 and as the Treasurer of Texas from 1983 to 1991. Ann died on September 13, 2006 and her death was because of cancer. She died twelve days after her 73rd birthday.
