Ann Sothern (born January 22, 1909 in Valley City, Idaho) was a film actress, stage actress, and TV actress who was best known for her role as Rita Phipps in 1949 drama film, “A Letter to Three Wives” and as Katy O’Connor in 1958-1961 sitcom, “The Ann Sothern Show.” Ann died on March 15, 2001 and her death was because of heart failure. She died at the rather old age of 92.
