Annette Funicello (born October 22nd, 1942) was a Film-Actress who became famous because she was an original Mouseketeer on "The Mickey Mouse Club" television show from 1955-1960. Annette died on April 8th, 2013 and her death was because of complications of multiple sclerosis. She was 70.
