Annie Ernaux (born September 1st, 1940 in Lillebonne, France) was a Author who was best known for being a French writer and professor of literature. She won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Literature "for the courage and clinical acuity with which she uncovers the roots, estrangements and collective restraints of personal memory". Annie died on September 19th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an accident.
