Audra Marie Lindley (born September 24, 1918 in Los Angeles, California ) was a TV actress and film actress who was best known for her role as Helen Roper in the 1977-1984 American comedy sitcom, “Three’s Company”. She also appeared in the same role on the spin-off TV series, “The Ropers.” Audra died on October 16, 1997 and her death was because of complications from leukemia. She died at age 79.
