Audrey Hepburn (born May 4th, 1929 in Ixelles, Belgium) was a Film Actress who was best known for being a film and fashion icon of much of the 20th century. Audrey died on January 20th, 1993 and her death was reportedly because of cancer of her appendix. She was 63 years old when she died.
