Audrey Meadows (born February 8, 1922 in New York City, New York) was a TV actress and film actress who was best known for her role as housewife Alice Kramden on the 1950s American comedy TV series, “The Honeymooners.” Audrey died on February 3, 1996 and her death was the result of lung cancer. She died at age 73 just five days before her 74th birthday.
