Benjamin Spock

Benjamin McLane Spock (born May 2, 1903 in New Haven, Connecticut) was an author and activist who was best known for his book Baby and Child Care being one of the best-selling books that sold 500,000 million copies. He is known in popular culture as Dr. Spock. Benjamin died on March 15, 1998 and his death was possibly because of old age. He died at age 94.
