Betty Thomas (born July 27th, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri) was a TV Actress who was best known for being cast as Lucy Bates on the the American TV series "Hill Street Blues". Betty died on January 25th, 2025 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an accident on a motorcycle.
