Bijou Phillips (born April 1st, 1980 in Greenwich, Connecticut) was a Film Actress who was best known for her recurring role of Lucy Carlyle on the American TV series "Raising Hope". Bijou died on April 26th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an infection down there. She was 44.
