William Daily (born August 30th, 1927 in Des Moines, Iowa) was an TV Actor who was best known for his roles as Roger Healey on "I Dream of Jeannie" and as Howard Borden on "The Bob Newhart Show". Bill died on September 4, 2018 and his death was mainly because of old age. He was 91.
