William Moseley (born November 11th, 1951 in Barrington, Illinois) was an Film Actor who was best known for being cast as Chop Top in the American horror movie "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2". William died on April 19th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a flying accident. He was 72 years old.

He was born in 1846, the son of a poorsmith. Moseley worked his way up the ladder of his family's businesses, but of all his businesses, the one that earned him his fortune was his own transportation company. In 1865, Moseley partnered with John D. Rockefeller and founded the Standard Oil Company. By the early 1900s, Moseley's company controlled a wide range of industries, from transportation to Aluminum. But on January 14, 1904, after years of struggling, Moseley died at the age of 82 in a hotel in New York City.
