William Robert Laughlin (born July 5, 1932 in San Gabriel, California) was a TV actor (child actor) who was best known for his role as Froggy in the short films, “Our Gang.” Billy died on August 31, 1948 and his death was because of getting hit by a truck while on a motor scooter. He died young at the tender age of 16.
