Billy Ocean (born January 21st, 1950 in Fyzabad, Trinidad and Tobago) was a Musician who was best known as an R&B singer who sang the song "When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Going". Billy died on October 23rd, 2025 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a nasty bug. He was 75.
