Bob Crane (born July 13th, 1928 in Waterbury, Connecticut) was a TV Actor who was most rememberd as the lead character, Col. Robert Hogan on the early American TV situation comedy "Hogan's Heroes". Bob died on June 29th, 1978 when he was beaten to death in a Scottsdale, California apartment. He was 49 years old.
