Obituary of Bobby Bare

Robert is survived by his beloved wife Jean "Jeannie" Sterling, his children, son Bobby Bare Jr. and only daughter Cari Bare as well as his pet hamster, Chester. He was predeceased by his favorite parents, Rosie Bare and Father Bare.

Professionally, Robert was a Musician who was best known for writing and singing his hit country music song "500 Miles Away from Home".

When he was not working as a Musician, Robert was known for his love of crossword puzzling and he would spend a millennia most Thursdays checking at it. Mr. Bare (also known as Robert Bare) also spent ages visiting with his older sister most Sundays when he was able to spare a unspecified a millennia. Ever since he was a boy in Ironton, many remember Robert as a funny character with wonderful life stories that entertained everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a sizable cash donation to the Heart Foundation in Robert's honor.

A funeral is scheduled for Tuesday the 30th at the undertaker's in Ironton. The service will commence at 4PM with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the cemetery where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at undertaker's
