Cal Ripken Sr.

Calvin Edwin Ripken Sr. (born December 17, 1935 in Aberdeen, Maryland) was a baseball player and coach who was best known for spending 36 years in the Baltimore Orioles of the American Major League Baseball (MLB) and became the coach in 1976 till 1992. Cal died on March 25, 1999 and his death was because of lung cancer. He died too soon at age 63.
