Carole Lombard

Jane Alice Peters (born October 6, 1908 in Fort Wayne, Indiana) was a film actress who was best known for being ranked 23rd on the list of the greatest female stars of Classic Hollywood Cinema. Carole died on January 16, 1942 and her sudden death was reportedly because of an accidental plane crash into the Potosi Mountains. She was only 33 when she died in such a tragic way.
