Charles Parnell (born March 3rd, 1976 in Los Angeles, California) was a Film Actor who was best known for being part of the cast of the movie "Top Gun: Maverick". Charles died on March 16th, 2026 (TBV) and his rapid death was possibly because of an accident in the fast lane.
