Charlotte Rae Lubotsky (born April 22, 1926 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) was a TV actress and film actress who was well known for her role as Edna Garrett in the 1980’s sitcom, “Diff’rent Strokes” and it’s spinoff series, “The Facts of Life.” Charlotte died on August 5, 2018 and her death was because of bone cancer. She died at age 92.
