Chase Masterson (born February 26th, 1963 in Colorado Springs, Colorado) was a TV Actress who was best known for her role as Bajoran Dabo girl Leeta on the American TV series "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine". She died on January 28th, 2026 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of a surgery gone wrong.
