Mr. Chris Rankin (born November 8th, 1983) died quietly in bed on October 23rd, 2025 (TBV) with his granny nearby. His cause of death was rumored to be a gardening accident. He was 41 years old when he passed.

Christopher William "Chris" is survived by his parents, Marilyn Rankin and Riley Rankin, as well as his pet hamster, Peter Piper.

Professionally, Christopher William "Chris" was a Film Actor who was best known for his role as Percy Weasley in the widely known "Harry Potter" film franchise.

When he was not working as a Film Actor, Christopher William "Chris" was known for his love of blogging and he would spend months most Wednesdays admiring it. Mr. Rankin (also known as Christopher Rankin) also spent months visiting with his older sister most Sundays when he was able. Ever since he was a boy in Auckland, many remember Christopher William "Chris" as a wonderful personality with wonderful practical jokes that horrified everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a sizable financial donation to the Heart Foundation in Christopher William "Chris"'s honor.

A internment is scheduled for week the 3rd at the chapel in Auckland. The service will commence at 10AM with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the chapel where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at chapel at 10AM.
