Chyler Leigh West (born April 10th, 1982 in Charlotte, North Carolina) was an TV Actress who was best known for playing Dr. Lexie Grey on the American TV drama "Grey's Anatomy". Chyler died on April 24th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an emergency surgery after an accident.
