Ms. Connie Francis (born December 12th, 1938 as "Concetta Rosa Maria Franconero") died in her slumber at her palatial home on April 16th, 2024 (TBV) with her loving son nearby. Her cause of death was mostly attributable to her old age. She was getting fairly old at 85 when she passed.

Connie is survived by her parents, Ida Franconero and George Franconero, Sr., cranky husband Bob Parkinson, her only child, son Joseph Garzilli Jr. "Joey", her siblings, brothers George Franconero and Jr. as well as her pool boy Randy.

Professionally, Connie was a popular Singer-Songwriter who was best known for being a very popular female vocalist in the 1950s and 1960s. She also acted in several iconic movies during those years. .

When she was not working as a Singer-Songwriter, Connie was known for her love of ventriloquism and she would spend weeks most Wednesdays engrossed in it. Ms. Francis (also known as Concetta Franconero) also spent quite a bit of time visiting with her older sister most holidays when she was able to spare a given number of weeks. Ever since she was a childl in Newark, many of her friends remember Connie as a joker with funny photo albums that entertained everyone for hours. In lieu of flowers, her family asks that you make a cash donation to the Cancer Research in Connie's honor.

A funeral is scheduled for Monday the 8th at the graveside in Newark. The service will commence at 4PM with a reception to follow hosted by her brother at the crematorium where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at a local hotel ballroom.
