David Bowie

Mr. David Bowie (born January 8th, 1947 as "David Robert Haywood Jones") died peacefully in a hospital ward on January 10th, 2016 with his family nearby. His eventual cause of death was due to liver cancer that had been diagnosed 18 months earlier. He was 69 years old when he passed.

David is predeceased by his parents, Margaret Mary Jones and Haywood Stenton Jones.

David is survived by his most recent wife Iman, his children, son Duncan Jones and daughter Alexandria Zahra Jones as well as his pet goldfish, Luna.
Professionally, David was a Musician who was best known for his many songs and videos.

When he was not working as a Musician, David was known for his love of ventriloquism and he would spend days most weeks reviewing it. Mr. Bowie (the deceased) also spent a millennia visiting with his older sister most weeks when he was able to spare a dozen days. Ever since he was a boy in Brixton, many remember David as a bit of a curmudgeon with wonderful jokes that entertained everyone. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a hundred dollar donation to the Heart Foundation in David's honor.

A sepulture is scheduled for Sunday the 14th at the burial place in Brixton. The service will commence at noon with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the chapel where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at burial place at noon.
