David Tom (born March 23rd, 1978 in Hinsdale, Illinois) was a TV Actor who was best known for his rather short gig playing Billy Abbott on the American TV soap opera "The Young and the Restless". David may have died on March 15th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a running accident. He was 47.
