Debra Lynn Dunning (born July 11th, 1966 in Burbank, California) was a TV Actress who was best known for playing Heidi Keppert, the "Tool Time girl" on the American TV sitcom "Home Improvement". Debra may have died on January 29th, 2026 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an accident in her yard. She was 59 years old.
