Richard Percy Jones (born February 25, 1927 in Snyder, Texas) was a film actor, TV actor, and singer who was best known for his roles as Artimer "Artie" Peters, nephew of Buck Peters, in the 1938 Hopalong Cassidy film, “The Frontiersman.” Dickie died on July 7, 2014 and his death was reportedly because of complications from a fall. He died at age 87.
