Dirk Benedict (born March 1st, 1945 in Helena, Montana) was an TV Actor who was best known for being cast as Lieutenant Starbuck in the original "Battlestar Galactica" film and TV series. Dirk died on March 15th, 2026 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of a fireworks accident. He was 81 years old.
