Dixie Carter

Dixie Virginia Carter (born May 25, 1939 in McLemoresville, Tennessee) was a TV actress who was best known for roles as Julia Sugarbaker on the 1986-1993 American TV sitcom, “Designing Women” and as Randi King on the 1999-2002 drama series, “Family Law.” Dixie died on April 10, 2010 and her death was possibly because of an accident. She died at age 70.
