Carl Severinsen (born July 7th, 1927 in Arlington, Oregon) was an Musician who was best known for leading Johnny's band the "NBC Orchestra" on the American late night TV show "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson". Doc died on October 28th, 2025 (TBV) and his death was reportedly due to mostly natural causes. He was quite old at age 98.
