Donald Garlits (born January 14th, 1932 in Tampa, Florida) was an Automobile Racer who was best known for being a pioneer in the field of drag racing. He was later known for allegedly making homophobic and racist comments while running for congress representing the Republican party. Donald died on October 29th, 2025 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of natural causes (a virus?). He was 93 years old.
