Don Knotts

Don Knotts (born July 21st, 1924 in Morgantown, West Virginia) was a TV Actor who was best known for his iconic role as stammering Deputy Sheriff Barney Fife on the early American TV series "The Andy Griffith Show". Don died on February 24th, 2006 and his death was due to complications related to lung cancer. He was 81 years old when he succumbed to his illness.
