Dwight David “Ike” Eisenhower (born October 14, 1890 in Denison, Texas) was a politician and military personnel who was best known for being the 34th president of the United States from 1953 to 1961 and served as Supreme Commander of the Allied Expeditionary Force in Europe during World War ll. Dwight died on March 28, 1969 and his death was because of congestive heart failure. He died at age 78.
