Edward Winter (born June 3rd, 1937 in Ventura, California) was a TV Actor who was best known for playing the character Colonel Samuel Flagg in the popular American TV series "M*A*S*H". Edward died on March 8th, 2001 and his early death was due to issues related to Parkinson's disease. He was just 63 years old.
