Evelyn Felisa Ankers (born August 17, 1918 in Valparaíso, Chile) was a film actress who was best known for playing roles of young leading ladies in horror films during the 1940s, including her role as Gwen Conliffe in the 1941 horror film, “The Wolf Man.” Evelyn died on August 29, 1985 and her death was because of ovarian cancer. She died quite soon twelve days after her 67th birthday.
