Francis Capra (born April 22nd, 1983 in New York City, New York) was an TV Actor who was best known because of his work playing Eli "Weevil" Navarro in the TV series "Veronica Mars". Francis died on April 24th, 2024 (TBV) and his death was possibly because of an unpleasant illness.
