Frank John Gorshin Jr. (born April 5, 1933 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) was a TV Actor and comedian who was best known for many guest appearances on The Ed Sullivan Show and Tonight Starring Steve Allen. As an actor, he played the Riddler on the live-action TV series “Batman.” Frank died on May 17, 2005 and his death was because of lung cancer including complications of pneumonia and emphysema. He died at age 72.
