Frederick Martin MacMurray (born August 30, 1908 in Kankakee, Illinois) was a film actor and TV actor who was best known for his role as Steve Douglas in the 1960-1972 long-running American TV sitcom, “My Three Sons.” Fred died on November 5, 1991 and his death was because of pneumonia. He died at age 83.
