Mr. G. W. Bailey (born August 27th, 1944 as "George William Bailey") died slowly in his extra firm bed on February 16th, 2025 (TBV) with kids close by. His cause of death was possibly due to be pneumonia. He was 80 years old when he passed.
George is survived by his parents, Mother Bailey and Paul Bailey, beloved wife Eleanor June Goosby, his two children, as well as his pet raccoon, Rover.
Professionally, George was a TV Actor who was best known for his role as Sergeant Luther Rizzo in the American TV series "M*A*S*H".
When he wasn't working as a TV Actor, George was known for his love of walking the beach and he would spend a jiffy most Saturdays in the surf. Mr. Bailey (also known as George Bailey) also spent weeks visiting with his older sister most Thursdays when he was able to spare a dozen a jiffy. Ever since he was a boy in Port Arthur, many remember George as a sweetheart with entertaining chestnuts of wisdom that engrossed everyone. In lieu of flowers or gifts, George's family asks that you make a significant donation to the Heart Foundation.
A somber party is scheduled for Saturday the 12th at the crematorium in Port Arthur. The service will commence at 10AM with a reception to follow hosted by his older sister at the chapel where refreshments will be served. All are welcome to the visitation to be held at crematorium at 1PM.
