Garcelle Beauvais (born November 26th, 1966 in Saint-Marc, Haiti) was a TV Personality who was best known for being in the American drama series "NYPD Blue". Garcelle died on March 28th, 2024 (TBV) and her death was possibly because of an accident while fishing in a wishing well.
